FEES TO: TENANTS 

BEFORE YOU MOVE IN:

  • Tenancy Agreement Fee (tenant’s share)
  • £300 Contract negotiation and arranging the tenancy and agreement
  • Reference Fee £75 per tenant Processing the application and referencing
  • Bank Reference Fee Refer to your bank as charges may vary
  • Guarantor Fee £50 Replique Montre per guarantor (if required) Covering referencing and the tenancy agreement.
  • Deposit Equivalent to six weeks rent (unless otherwise agreed)
  • Pet Deposit Equivalent to 4 weeks rent (unless otherwise agreed) To cover the added risk

  • Check in Fee £75 Check in Inspection Fee to document the state of the property
  • Stamp Duty Due on tenancies that amount to over £125,000

DURING YOUR TENANCY:

  • Amendment Fee £300 Contract negotiation and arranging the tenancy and agreement
  • Renewal Fee £125 Contract negotiation and arranging the tenancy and agreement

ENDING YOUR TENANCY:

  • Check out Fee £75 Checkout Inspection Fee to determine the state of the property and negotiate
  • the repayment of the security deposit.
  • Future Landlord Reference Fee £60 per Reference Request 

The Landlord will pay for the Inventory and Check In.

 

OTHER FEES AND CHARGES:

  • Unpaid Rent / Returned Payments Interest at 8% above Bank of England Base Rate from date due
  • Professional Cleaning As per the charge of the cleaning company.
